Terms of service

The Threshold Store will provide updated versions of purchased software whenever such updates are made available by a manufacturer or developer, and we will do so in a timely manner. When a purchased product becomes obsolete and is no longer updated by the original manufacturer or developer, The Threshold Store store will no longer update that product; in such cases your download link may become inactive, so please, make back-up copies of all your downloaded software files.

If your account at The Threshold Store has been terminated (for reasons of piracy, by way of example), links to all your previously purchased items will no longer available. Any software bought from The Threshold Store is licensed for your personal and private use, and no commercial use or further rights to distribute are implied by this license. The License purchased from The Threshold Store does not give you any real or fractional ownership of the program. Right of Ownership and all other intellectual property rights, both domestic and internationally, remain the property of the original developer, or there legally authorized representative.

You may not:

•re-sell any file purchased from The Threshold Store, in whole or in part;
•share your purchased file with anyone, for any reason;
•share the license numbers or download links you receive from The Threshold Store;
•post the purchased file on any file-sharing website, or cause the file to be distributed in any manner.
Violators of this License will lose access to any and all accounts at The Threshold Store, and their licenses will be terminated immediately, and with no recourse to appeal. Software piracy is taken very seriously by The Threshold Store, and we will protect our vendors to the best of our ability. For this reason we have, as a general rule, the no return policy stated above; further, when you complete a purchase from The Threshold Store, you explicitly agree that:

•You will not share any software purchased from The Threshold Store with anyone else;
•You will not share your serial numbers (if such serial numbers apply to your purchase);
•You will not share your download links.
Again, if you are found in violation of breaking of this agreement, your account will be terminated, all serial numbers will be deleted from our files, and you will no longer be able to access your orders or any account details within The Threshold Store (this to include all forums and download managers).

IP addresses are tracked during download and serial number validations.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Threshold Store reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to the state of Florida. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. For international orders you are responsible for local taxes and import duties (check with your local authorities).

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time under the following circumstances:

•Piracy (sharing software, license numbers or any piracy related activity);
•Non-Payment (if you cancel payment for your order);
•Abusive behavior (towards The Threshold Store, or our affiliates and partners).
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS “AS IS” AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
